Wednesday, September 10th 2008 - Albemarle, NC - Bill Lawhon, President and Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce that Sherry Bolser, a highly experienced banking executive in this region has joined Bank of Stanly as an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager of the West Stanly Office, located in Locust Town Centre.
Sherry will be responsible for managing the overall service quality of the branch staff as well as relationship management for consumer and commercial deposit accounts, mortgages and investment / insurance products and services.

Sherry is a 1998 honors graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Sherry currently holds her Series 6 and 63 securities registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and her North Carolina Life and Health Insurance license.
Sherry resides in Stanfield with her husband, Jeffrey, and their two children, Gaige and Andie.
